Plant yourself down at Desert Stages
for this musical comedy about a bloodthirsty blossom
from beyond the stars, hell-bent on global domination!
In the midst of a total eclipse of the sun, this seething
seedling is found by Seymour, a nerdy florist shop worker
who discovers that his plant desires more than mere
sunlight - it feeds on blood! But when the lure of fame
and fortune leads our luckless hero to make a bloody
pact with this horticultural horror, Seymour finds himself
with an ill-tempered carnivore with a bottomless appetite.
This affectionate spoof of 1950's sci-fi movies delivers
a frighteningly delicious night of entertainment with
songs like Somewhere That's Green, Suppertime
and Suddenly Seymour.
